Live bands (Olympia's own "Citizen's Band"), literature and presentations. It's a Party!

Love Our Local Fest

 @ the intersection of San Franscisco ST NE and Bethel ST NE
 
Sharing a day of music, inspirational speakers, delicious food, skills, friends and fun, we will showcase many types of local talent and opportunities. Common spaces, a children’s area, interactive art projects, local non-profits and a marketplace create our celebration’s unique village microcosm.
 
The intersection of San Francisco and Bethel will be closed to vehicular traffic.
 
We will need greeters, recyclers, decoration stewards & help with many other tasks on the day of the event, as well as leading up to it!

Would you like to receive comprehensive information about various benefit programs and know what the eligibility requirements are? Would you like to know how to look up Washington Administrative Codes and the proper steps to advocate for your family to get the public benefits they need?  Would you like to encourage your caseworker to follow these WACs?

Then come to our workshop to learn about your RIGHTS.  Learn to advocate for yourself and feel emPOWERed!
